Ms, Wander is a licensed attorney in Colorado and a member of the Colorado Bar Association Trusts and Estates and Elder Law Sections. She is a graduate of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys Practicum Program and a member of the Women's Estate Planning Counsel and the East Coalition for Senior Services. She also specializes in the area of estate planning and second parent adoption for the GLBT community and the unique issues this involves.

Inspired by the wisdom and grace of her grandparents, Ms. Wander wanted to help ensure people of their generation received the legal protections that Colorado offers. She was especially motivated by the passing of her grandmother that resulted in subsequent problems created by poor estate planning. She became dramatically aware of the positive effect she could have by using her legal skills to assist individuals in preparing for such a time of personal crisis.

Originally from Chicago, Ms. Wander majored in Religious Studies and History at the University of Iowa. She moved to Colorado in 2001 to attend the University of Denver College of Law. She loves to run marathons, play soccer, ski and hike.
